110 bottles of liquor seized in Sangrur, two booked
The police have arrested two persons and seized 110 bottles of country-made liquor from them. In the first incident at Sherpur, during routine patrolling, constable Makhan Shah stopped Harbans Kaur of Sherpur and seized 90 bottles of liquor from her.

The police have arrested two persons and seized 110 bottles of country-made liquor from them. In the first incident at Sherpur, during routine patrolling, constable Makhan Shah stopped Harbans Kaur of Sherpur and seized 90 bottles of liquor from her.
In the second incident at Ahmadgarh, constable Jagpal Singh of Sadar police station nabbed Jagrup Singh of Bhogiwal village and seized 20 bottles of country-made liquor from him. Both have been booked under section 61-1-14 of the Excise Act.
