600 models on math concepts displayed

The exhibition focused on ingraining creative attitude among students through the practical application of the math. More than 600 models based on the concepts of roman numbers, different types of fractions, analog and digital clock, patterns in daily life, elements of a circle, Indian and international system of numeration, factors and multiples, units of measurement, area of regular figures, perimeter, pie charts, profit and loss and estimation were displayed in the exhibition. Principal Punam Dogra appreciated the effort of students and teachers.
Dog ra emphasised that the mathematics is a wonderful subject that has a great importance in one’s life.
“It can be very easy and interesting if clubbed with fun and enthusiasm. Students should give more emphasis in learning more mathematical concepts,”she said.
