To check adulteration, a team of district health department officials collected eight samples of food items, including sweets, from different shops on Saturday.
Six samples of sweets were collected from Ghumar Mandi and Chaura Bazaar, while those of cold drink and cheese were collected from Hargobind Nagar. The samples' report will come in two weeks' time.
