Burglars strike school, decamp with rice, cylinder
A gang of burglars stole rice and gas cylinder meant for preparing mid-day meal from a government school of Bhairo Munna village in Ludhiana on the intervening night of September 19 and 20.

A gang of burglars stole rice and gas cylinder meant for preparing mid-day meal from a government school of Bhairo Munna village in Ludhiana on the intervening night of September 19 and 20.
School principal on Friday registered a complaint at Sahnewal police station in this context.
In her complaint principal Kamaljit Kaur said that some unidentified persons intruded into the school and decamped with a gas cylinder and 50 kg rice.
Assistant sub-inspector Sukhdev Raj, Sahnewal police station, said the police have initiated the investigation and hunt was on to identify the accused.
