“Both Santokh and his elder brother and ex-minister Jagjit, are worse than outsiders. Whether they win or lose— the sufferer are people. Je jit jaan te labh de ni.. jee haar jaan te constituency bud de ni… (If they win, they become invisible and if they lose, they never enter the constituency),” said Kalia.
