Atwal said he had also accepted the no-confidence motion of the opposition for discussion, but Bains brothers started creating ruckus in the House, forcing him to order their eviction.

The speaker said they could have raised their issue at some other time and they should not have created ruckus in the House. He said main opposition party, the Congress, had also failed to play constructive role in the House .He said that leader of opposition should have spoken more about the contribution of Dr Ambedkar, but he chose to lambaste the state government most of the time in his speech.

Atwal rued that many legislators of both ruling and opposition parties did not come prepared in the assembly and create ruckus just to register their presence for the constituencies.
