The School of Commerce and Management of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, organised an educational tour to Reserve Bank of India and Bombay Stock Exchange at Mumbai.

The purpose of the tour was to make students familiar with the financial services sector, which has gained tremendous significance over the last one decade. The visit to the RBI comprised an interactive session, which was conducted by eminent economists of RBI, who discussed various issues relating to currency, inflation and expected monetary policy in the future. Officials of the BSE interacted with the students and explained about various indices and depositories.
