From December 4, Pathankot-Delhi train will halt at Dhariwal railway station

The Pathankot-Delhi Express train will begin halting for a minute at the railway station of Dhariwal in Gurdaspur district from December 4, the facility is made available by Gurdaspur MP Partap Singh Bajwa who is also Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president.

Bajwa's aide Barinder Singh Chhotepur said here on Thursday that the trains Delhi-Pathankot No 14037 and Pathankot-Delhi No 14038 would stop at Dhariwal railway station from December 4.

He said that Bajwa would welcome the Pathankot-Delhi train No 14038, which leaves Pathankot railway station for Delhi at 7.00 am, when it arrives at the Dhariwal railway Station at 7.50 am on December 4.

The Dhariwal town falls in Gurdaspur Parliamentary constutuency and the Qadian assembly segment presently represented by Bajwa's wife Charanjit Kaur Bajwa of Congress.

Chhotepur said that Bajwa would also address a public gathering on this occasion on the same day.

Chhotepur,who hails from Dhariwal, said that it would be great service rendered by Bajwa to the residents of Dhariwal town and the villages around.
