In a press release issued here on Tuesday, former Gurdaspur district bar association president Pushkar Nanda and advocates Kewal Singh Saini, Aakash, Harjit Singh, Jagjit Singh Samra, Dheeraj Sharma, Sucha Singh Khokhar, and Tinu Gill welcomed the government's decision to advertise 25 posts of deputy DA and 80 of the ADA but regretted that the chance had come after more than a decade and that in the meantime, many lawyers had crossed the maximum age limit of 38.

They want it increased to 42. In Haryana, the limit is 40.
