Ludhiana gets Zila Parishad chairman
Bhag Singh Mangarh becomes the Zila Parishad chairman of Ludhiana. He was declared the chairman following a letter from the deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal in presence of all Ludhiana MLAs, today morning.
