Man killed in road mishap
A motorcyclist was killed on the National Highway near Giaspura Chowk after the victim's two-wheeler was hit by a truck.Chote Lal, an employee of a Focal Point-based firm, who was riding the motorcycle, received a head injury and died on the spot.

A motorcyclist was killed on the National Highway near Giaspura Chowk after the victim's two-wheeler was hit by a truck.Chote Lal, an employee of a Focal Point-based firm, who was riding the motorcycle, received a head injury and died on the spot.
The truck driver, who is yet to be identified, fled from the spot after the mishap. A case has been registered against the unidentified driver at Focal Point police station under sections 279, 427 and 304A of the IPC on the complaint of Raju Singh of Guru Ramdas Nagar.
The police have started investigations and efforts are on to trace the erring driver.
