Uncertainty prevails over the result of the first-ever online Punjab Medical Entrance Examination (PMET), conducted by Baba Farid University for Health Sciences (BFUHS) on June 11.
Uncertainty prevails over the result of the first-ever online Punjab Medical Entrance Examination (PMET), conducted by Baba Farid University for Health Sciences (BFUHS) on June 11.
The university was to declare the result on June 15, but with 400 objections raised by candidates, the result is likely to get delayed. The examination was held to fill around 7,000 MBBS and 1,000 BDS seats in government colleges and the government quota seats in private colleges. Around 14,700 candidates appeared for the examination.

BFUHS registrar DS Sidhu said: “We are working on the objections raised by the students. We will be able to declare the result after clearing these.”
