"IBS would help trains cross the two stations without any interruptions," divisional railway manager SK Sinha said during a press conference here on Monday.

Singha said increasing the speed between the two stations will achieve punctuality of trains.

The divisional railway manager said a special provision of `7.35 lakh has also been allocated in the budget for renovation of the surroundings at Morinda and Bassi Pathana railway stations and added that work would be complete by March end next year.

Talking about the safety and security of passengers, who were being looting by criminals after intoxicating them with sedative eatables, Sinha said a joint operation by Government Railway Police and the Railway Police was being launched in the division to keep a tab on criminal elements.
