Speaking on the sidelines of a “sangat darshan” in his home constituency Jalalabad on Wednesday, Sukhbir said the ‘Paani Bachao, Punjab Bachao’ rally in Moga district on Thursday will be a watershed in the fight for the rights of Punjab. “The SAD-BJP government has already resolved that Punjab doesn’t has even a single drop to spare for any other state and it would not be shared at any cost,” said the deputy CM.
He said the SAD-BJP alliance would form government for the third consecutive time on the development plank.
Regarding alleged derogatory language used by Aam Aadmi Paty MP Bhagwant Mann during an election campaign, Sukhbir said people would teach a lesson to Mann and his party in elections by rejecting them.
