Surgical strikes aftermath: Punjab border schools to reopen on Wednesday

Punjab government on Tuesday decided to reopen all schools in the border areas of the state from Wednesday that were closed following the increasing tension between India and Pakistan post army’s surgical strike across the Line of Control.

Punjab government on Tuesday decided to reopen all schools in the border areas of the state from Wednesday that were closed following the increasing tension between India and Pakistan post army’s surgical strike across the Line of Control.

All those schools which were situated within the border area of 10 km and had been closed due to security reason would be reopened tomorrow, state education minister Daljit Singh Cheema said.
