Actor Nani escapes with minor bruises in a road accident
Nani’s driver apparently fell asleep while on driving from Jubilee Hills to Gachibowli in the wee hours of morning after a shoot.
Actor Nani on Friday had a miraculous escape after rammimg into an electric pole in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills area. The accident happened in the wee hours of morning and apparently the actor’s driver had fallen asleep behind the wheel. The duo was travelling from Jubilee Hills to Gachibowli in a Toyota Innova car, after a shoot.
According to reports, airbags installed in the cars saved the lives of driver as well Nani, who escaped with minor bruises. A case has been booked against the driver and police are investigating the matter.
Nani took to Twitter to share that he’s OK. “Just few bruises here and there”. He also said he’ll be out of action for a week from the shoot of his upcoming film, Krishnarjuna Yuddham, and he’s rumoured to be playing dual roles in the film. Being directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film also stars Anupama Parameswaran and Rukshar Mir.
Last seen in MCA, Nani has been having a dream run with three blockbusters to his credit in 2017. Having made his acting debut with 2008 film Ashta Chamma, Nani has come a long way to stardom with hits such as Eega, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Nenu Local to his credit.
