Manish Malhotra to style Sridevi in a new Tamil film

Fashion designer Manish Malhotra whose creations have been donned by many beauties will now be designing for Sridevi for her upcoming Tamil film. Sridevi is currently filming a yet-untitled Tamil fantasy drama that recently went on the floors in Chennai.

Bollywood's favourite fashion designer Manish Malhotra whose creations have been donned by many beauties will now be designing for Sridevi for her upcoming Tamil film. Malhotra has in the past designed for a host of Bollywood leading ladies such as Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.

"After Robot styling for a Tamil film," Malhotra tweeted Friday.

He didn't give out the film's name, but mentioned that he is working with Chandni star Sridevi.

"Feels like when i started my career as a costume designer: Chennai Film shoot with my favourite@SrideviKapoor," he tweeted.

Sridevi is currently filming a yet-untitled Tamil fantasy drama that recently went on the floors in Chennai.

Also starring Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and Kiccha Sudeep, the film is being helmed by Chimbu Devan.

Sridevi will reportedly play Hansika's mother in the movie.
