Ever since the release of Baahubali, Telugu superstar Prabhas has become a household name with a huge female fan following. With many in Bollywood wanting to cast him, the actor himself has maintained a low profile following the phenomenal success of SS Rajamouli’s film. However, the actor has reportedly begun work on his next film Saaho, which is said to be an action extravaganza. All eyes are his next film now.
A new photo of the actor, which was shared by film tracker Ramesh Bala, is creating quite a buzz as Prabhas looks very different from his Baahubali avatar. Gone is his brawny look. This Prabhas wears his stubble but looks rather young. The top angle shot shows Prabhas looking down, as if he were blushing, and smiling. His tousled hair with a flip on his forehead, adds to his allure. Dressed in an orange round-neck T, he has a check shirt tied loosely around his neck. The photo is sure to send his legion of fans into raptures.
It has been speculated that Prabhas will sport a clean-shaven look in the film.
Saaho is expected to be a fast-paced and high-tech actioner with a healthy dose of romance, plenty of thrills and drama.
Among many female actors whose names were linked to this project, it is believed that Anushka Shetty has been finalised as the lead. However, the makers are yet to make an official announcement. The most-loved onscreen pair of Prabhas and Anushka, who have already worked together in Billa, Mirchi and the Baahubali films, are most likely to team up for the fifth time in Saaho, a high-budget action-thriller tipped to be made on a budget of around Rs 150 crore, and released in four languages.
Bollywood Neil Nitin Mukesh plays the baddie in the film, which is being directed by Sujeeth.
