Will Queen Elizabeth II get to watch Baahubali: The Conclusion before you?

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion will reportedly have its premiere in the UK on April 24, which will be attended by the Queen and PM Modi. The India release of the film is currently scheduled for April 28.

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion will have its world premiere in the UK. In an event organised by the British Film Institute in celebration of India’s 70th year of independence, several films will be screened in London on April 24, one of which will be Baahubali 2. But more interestingly, it is rumoured that the event will be attended by Queen Elizabeth II and PM Narendra Modi.

According to an India Today report, the film will premiere in the UK days before its release in India, which is currently scheduled for April 28.

On Monday, the Queen launched the historic UK-India Year of Culture at the Buckingham Palace. In attendance were several industry figures such as Kamal Haasan, Anoushka Shankar, cricketers Kapil Dev and fashion designers Manish Arora and Manish Malhotra.

Rajamouli’s original Baahubali film was a blockbuster, earning more than Rs 650 crore during its theatrical run.

Baahubali: The Conclusion stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan.
