Beckhams find their dream house

The couple is soon expected to move in their Beverly Hills house which is reportedly light and spacious.

Victoria Beckham is to fly in to Los Angeles over the weekend to finalise a deal on a multi-million dollar mansion ahead of the Beckham family's move to the US football scene.

People Magazine reported Friday that the mansion was "modern, airy, very light and spacious with lots of windows."

The couple is expected to move in mid-July, around the same time that Victoria's six-part reality series appears on NBC and Beckham starts playing for the Los Angeles Galaxy in a five-year-deal said to be worth $250 million.

"The house they've chosen is big but not huge," a family friend told the celebrity paper. "That said, it is big enough for them as a family of five, along with additional space for family members that will visit from Britain. They needed a fair amount of extra room for visitors" since guests will stay longer than they did during visits to them in Spain.

The couple had struggled to find a suitable abode in the entertainment capital but have now found the right place and a school for their three sons.

"It's a massive relief for them. They looked at so many houses," says the family friend. "They have been able to finally sort out the house and school. Now they can rest easy for when they arrive. They will crack open a bottle of Champagne."
