American actress, singer and songwriter Jennifer Love Hewitt has turned to music to get over her split from actor fiance Ross McCall and says she finds comfort in rocker Alanis Morissette's records.
The Ghost Whisperer actress got engaged to McCall in November 2007 after two years of dating, but they called off their relationship last December.
Despite McCall recently telling reporters that the pair were "working it out", Hewitt is adamant the romance is finished and has discovered useful tactics to try and move on, reports contactmusic.com.
"I'm just taking things one day at a time. Lots of chocolate and Alanis (Morissette) is helping too. Everybody has to get through it in their own way. I choose to believe that some people are just not right for you, and there's somebody else who will be," she said.
