Women rule the dating game in India, a study reveals.
A nationwide research undertaken by dating app TrulyMadly has revealed insights into dating habits of India.
A whopping 46% of women respondents said that they are happy to take the lead in planning a date, while the corresponding number for men stood at 62%.
“We are noticing that women are no more hesitant when it comes to online dating; they are rather initiating and leading the conversations with men they match up with,” TrulyMadly CEO Sachin Bhatia said in a statement.
The research also suggests that even as gender roles are interchanging; more women (53% of respondents) will still choose a fulfilling relationship over a career.
As many as 48% women said that they prefer brains over brawn, while 52% men prefer success over good looks.
About 47% men and 48% women respondents said that they are open to sharing their Facebook password with their partner.
