All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel Wednesday met FIFA president Joseph Blatter to discuss issues relating to guarantees from the Indian government required by the apex soccer body regarding hosting of the U-17 football World Cup in 2017.

All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel Wednesday met FIFA president Joseph Blatter to discuss issues relating to guarantees from the Indian government required by the apex soccer body regarding hosting of the U-17 football World Cup in 2017.

The meeting, where FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke and other officials were also present, took place at the FIFA headquarters here.
