East Bengal will take on Arbil SC of Iraq in an AFC Cup Group B match here on Tuesday. The red-and-gold brigade have lost their first three matches and are effectively out of contention for a place in the knockout stage.

East Bengal will be without coach Trevor Morgan and striker Tolgay Ozbey as they were advised by the Australian embassy not to travel to Iraq for safety reasons. Assistant coach Ranjan Choudhury will be in charge. Arbil had won the reverse fixture 2-0 last Wednesday.
