Elephants cruise to victory

Ivory Coast made a first round exit from the 2010 FIFA World Cup, despite a handsome 3-0 win over North Korea in their final Group G match on Friday.
The Elephants went into the match trailing Portugal by three points and nine goals, but they made a good fist of a vibrant opening half with strikes by Yaya Toure and Romaric.
Yaya Toure struck first in the 14th minute, drilling home from outside the area off a cut-back from Kader Keita.
The Elephants went two-up on 20 minutes The 3rd goal was scored in the 82nd minute as the Africans wrapped up a comprehensive win.
Skipper Hong Yong-Jo came closest for North Korea with a free kick just wide in the 24th minute.
