A British girlfriend is taking her 'dead' boyfriend to the court for the severe head injuries she suffered when his car was in a crash.
Jodie Zarins, of Arundel, West Sussex, has gone through selective amnesia, after meeting with the accident in which her boyfriend Dominic West,20, and his mother Heather, 47, lost their lives. The 24 year old has become a different person, says her family.
"She damaged her frontal lobes which affect her memory so she forgets things. She's a different person but she's still my baby," the Mirror quoted Jodie's dad Roger, as saying.
The family is now claiming 500,000 pounds against Dominic's estate to secure her future and make-up for all she has lost.
