Beckham displays skills by catching stray shot at Wimbledon

Former England international and Manchester United midfielder David Beckham showed he still had football talent in him, this time more as a goalkeeper, by catching a stray ball during the men's doubles semi-final match between Jamie Murray and John Peers against Jonathan Erlich and Philipp Petzschner at Wimbledon on Thursday.

The 40-year-old footballer sat in the Royal box alongside his mother Sandra, when he quickly caught a stray shot coming towards him during the semi-final that featured Andy Murray's older brother Jamie, reported the Mirror.

The crowd as well as the players applauded the catch, causing the former England captain to blush.

Later, Beckham applauded the winners as they were cheered off the court.
