Average office rental in Delhi-NCR market declines 9% in H1 2020

In its half yearly report, property consultant Knight Frank India has said that the gross absorption or leasing of office space fell 45 per cent to 21 lakh sq ft during January-June 2020 compared to 38 lakh sq ft in the year ago period.

Gurugram dominates office space leasing market in NCR

There are a number of reasons for the strong performance of the office rental space in the city. Gurugram is well connected to Delhi, close to a major international airport and has a large presence of international companies.

GMDA plans to set up flood control room within five months

According to the officials, the control room would be set up at a cost of Rs 36 lakh over the next four to five months in Sector 29 where it will share office space with the Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Ltd (GMCBL).
