
Mumbai tops worst-performing cities globally: survey
In TripAdvisor’s second annual Cities Survey, travelers who’ve visited Tokyo were full of positive experiences compared to other cities around the world, notably Mumbai, which landed last in a ranking of top city destinations. Here are the top and bottom 10 city destinations on the list.

Travelers who’ve visited Tokyo are more likely to sing its praises and leave the city full of positive experiences compared to other cities around the world, notably Mumbai, which landed dead last in a ranking of top city

In TripAdvisor’s second annual Cities Survey, more than 54,000 global survey responses were collected from 2013 to make up a listing of travelers’ favorite destinations.
Cities were ranked after looking at 16 different categories including culture, shopping, restaurants and cleanliness.
Here are the top -- and bottom -- 10 cities on the list, as well as winners in key categories:
