The video was shared by a woman named Needha, who offered a glimpse into her company’s Independence Day celebrations. In the clip, the manager can be seen holding the Indian flag while taking part in a march organised by the company.
The text overlaid on the video read: “Company ne Independence Day celebration ke din Chinese manager ke hathon me Indian Flag pakdake "Des Rangila” gaane pe march karwa diya.”
Translated into English, it reads: “On the day of the company’s Independence Day celebration, they handed the Indian flag to the Chinese manager and made him march to the song ‘Des Rangila’.”

Woman clarifies manager is from Beijing
The clip also prompted some confusion among viewers, with a few people apparently assuming that the man was from Northeast India rather than China.
Needha responded to the speculation and clarified that the manager was Chinese and from Beijing. She added that, being from Northeast India herself, she would never refer to people from the region as Chinese.
“Chinese hi hai. Main northeast walon ko ofcourse Chinese nhi bolungi as main khud hi Northeast se hu,” she wrote.
Her comment translates to: “He is Chinese. Of course, I wouldn’t call people from the Northeast Chinese, as I myself am from the Northeast.”
