After news of Amitabh Bachchan being ill doing the rounds, all seemed well as the actor began shooting for his acting debut on television yesterday. Bachchan plays the lead in a fiction show directed by Anurag Kashyap.

Bachchan plays the lead in a fiction show directed by Anurag Kashyap. He even tweeted about the commencement of the shoot saying, “T 1143 -The shoot for the TV serial goes well .. amazing feel of doing something new .. fantastic fresh talent on set .. so much to learn!! (sic)”

Buzz is that actor Mona Wasu has been signed to play the role of Bachchan’s secretary on the show. The story revolves around the life of a Delhi-based builder with a corporate background.
