“Most contestants, who have been coming in the bottom three, are feeling the pinch. They feel Drashti gets more prominence and that everything has been in her favour — from choreographer Salman to interactions with film stars who come on the show. Others are feeling the heat and getting irked,” says the source. However, no one claimed that the actor isn’t working hard or dancing well. The source adds, “Of course she has talent and is managing her show alongside dance rehearsals and shoots well. But these factors give her a huge boost over others who are working hard and competing with her.”

Meanwhile, other contestants have faced a few roadblocks. Shweta Tiwari and Sidharth Shukla had to have their choreographers changed due to injury, while Aarti Chhabria and Ekta Kaul got injured on the show. While no contestant wants to go on record about the rumours, contestant Karanvir Bohra says, “If she’s the favourite, good for her. I’m okay with it. I’ve set the trend that
whoever comes into the bottom with me gets eliminated.”
