When asked if the pair would shake a leg too, Hiten quickly refutes any such possibility because they’ll only be shooting

for a day. “A commitment to dance would require more time off for rehearsals,” he says. But Hiten is not averse to the idea if the dates can be managed.

Camped out

The actor is presently busy with

Jasubhai Jayantilal Joshi Ki Joint Family

in which he plays the role of a U S- returned Indian romancing one of the Joshi girls. This is Hiten’s second show outside the Balaji camp. His cameo in

was his first foray into shows outside the Ekta Kapoor banner.

But it seems like he can’t stay away from the camp for too long. Apart from his role as Karan in Ekta’s

Kahaani Hamarey Mahabharat Ki

, Hiten will soon appear in

Kitani Mohabbat Hai

.

His entry, however, will be two months after the show goes on air. When asked if his character is similar to Anil Kapoor’s role in Taal, he laughs, “Looks like you guys know it all.”
