Bani’s nemesis on Kasamh Se is back to haunt her. Her evil sister Pia aka Roshni Chopra will be seen again in the Zee TV daily. Chopra’s character had been out of action since Gurdeep Kohli took over from Prachi Desai as the virtuous elder sister.
Stop-gap
Chopra confirms the news but says that it’s just a stop-gap arrangement: “I’ll be replaced after a few episodes.”
The actress is back only to re-establish the viewers’ connect with the character. Ashlesha Sawant will take over as Pia when Chopra leaves.
Why come back just for a cameo? “Kasamh Se is very close to my heart.. I couldn’t leave it in a soup,” says Chopra.
This time, Pia seeks redemption for her past crimes.
Meanwhile, Chopra is busy with a Vikram Bhatt film. It will be shot in London, she’ll be off for a month from November.
The actress will then have to fly to Mumbai every Monday to shoot for Chak De.. the 9X reality show she hosts.
