Actor Akshay Kumar’s TV show,

MasterChef India

has already faced legal trouble. Artist/writer Heena Singh had filed a suit against the channel, Star India Pvt Limited, claiming that she is the “exclusive and bonafide copyright holder of the concept” at the Mumbai High Court.

On Friday morning, the court, however, dismissed Singh’s claim, giving the channel the go ahead to air the show.
