Meenal Mogan, one of the prominent characters in the daily soap, Niyati on Sahara One, recently succumbed to an unusual demand by her co-star, Atul, who is also her beau. While filming a high-octane showdown scene between their characters, Meenal had to spit on Atul's face out of anger.

Her boyfriend didn’t have too many issues with the scene initially, in fact he was trying to help his ladylove come to terms with her assignment for the day. But when the scene was actually shot, Atul was left red-faced. He was extremely angry, and that was for real. He got frustrated with the unit that started laughing out loudly once the scene was shot. When he didn’t calm down despite hundreds of apology messages, girlfriend Meenal kissed him after pack up, supposedly on the same spots where she spat while shooting.
