After the abrupt end of her hit show, buzz was that Sanaya is in talks with two production houses — for a show on Star Plus and one on Life Ok. Sources also claimed that she was inclined towards the bigger brand and channel, Star Plus. But Sanaya refutes these rumours saying, “I haven’t signed any show yet. I still have many things to consider, so nothing is finalised. I don’t know why people are assuming things. I wasn’t even in India when my mom called to tell me about these reports. When I do sign a show, I will announce it to the world.”

Sanaya is currently busy preparing for an upcoming cooking show called Welcome (based on the international show Come Dine With Me) where a celebrity will cook a meal at home and be judged by four other celebrities who will come over as guests. Talking about her own cooking experience, Sanaya recalls cooking pasta for boyfriend Mohit Sehgal. “It didn’t taste great, yet I wonder how Mohit had it,” she says.

Talking about her of shooting for the show, she says, “It’s fun as I am a foodie myself. I don’t know how to cook, but I’m giving it a shot. In fact, on the show, I was more interested in going to other people’s houses for dinners than hosting one at my own place.”
