Sherlock season 4 trailer: Our favourite sociopath is not doing OK
The first trailer for the upcoming and highly anticipated fourth season of hit TV series, Sherlock was revealed on Sunday at the San Diego Comic Con. Let us tell you, it is intense. Watch it here:
Benedict Cumberbatch, even with his kitty full with Marvel’s Doctor Strange right now, is returning as the high functioning sociopath with Martin Freeman who is a star himself now after The Hobbit franchise.

The trailer shows Sherlock grappling with the truth and the tricks his mind’s playing on him. He is haunted by the ghost of Moriarty and his return, something he thought would happen ever since the Victorian Era special episode that premiered on January 1, 2016.

There are spooky nurses, a new villain in Toby Jones who laughs like Dr Evil from Austin Powers, a Molly who is most definitely very fed-up of Sherlock’s antics, a Mrs Hudson who is not taking it anymore from Mycroft, calling him a reptile and John who is...um... just sitting a lot.

Basically, nothing concrete comes out of the trailer except that maybe Sherlock is finally going to be sent to the madhouse.

Cumberbatch and Amanda Abbington (Mary), co-creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss and producer Sue Vertue were present at the Comic-Con panel to reveal the trailer.
Sherlock will return to the BBC in 2017, and will likely air in the US shortly afterwards.
