We asked Siri and Cortana about Game of Thrones. They had funny replies

We asked Siri and Cortana questions about Game of Thrones and Jon Snow’s parentage. Here’s what they said.

If you, like us, have been suffering some serious Game of Thrones withdrawals, you’d relate to the borderline insane things we’ve been doing to get our fix. So, putting more important work on the backburner, we pulled out an iPhone and a Windows Phone and proceeded to bore Siri and Cortana with incessant GoT questions. Turns out they’re fans too.

We could’ve spent this time investigating murders.

So we started off with a few basic questions. Everyone watches Game of Thrones, right? So does Siri?

Well that wasn’t surprising, so we poked further...

But then, Siri made a reference to the recent season 6 finale. Could it be? Where does this rabbit hole lead?

Was it too much to hope for another?

How about if we asked her if she watched the finale?

That’s exactly what we thought Siri! Cersei really needs less vengeance and more yoga in her life right now.

LOL.

So we’ve established that Siri is a fan. But what about Cortana?

Not only is Cortana up to date on her Thrones, she has a surprising sass about it too. We wish you could hear her.

Seeing as both Siri and Cortana were more than happy to encourage our childish whims, we thought ‘why not ask some old favourites?’

But then Siri got bored.

Never mind, Cortana was there to help us out.

But the fun and games, we sensed, were over. It was time to bring out the big guns. It was time to ask the most important question of all, the question we’ve wanted answered for 6 years.

Well played Siri. Very well played, indeed.
