AAP leader jumps into drain, says BJP-ruled East Delhi civic body failed to act

Aam Aadmi Party Councillor Haseeb-ul-Hasan jumped into an overflowing sewage drain in East Delhi. AAP Councillor stated the drain was overflowing but BJP-ruled East Delhi civic body paid no heed despite complaints. The Union Cabinet has approved a bill for reunification of MCD; Kejriwal has opposed the timing of the move.
