Budget 2017: Will FM help taxpayers for demonetisation discomfort?

After the bold and historic decision of demonetisation, the forthcoming budget presents the government with a perfectly timed opportunity, to at least compensate the inconvenience borne by the honest tax payers and the public at large. But will the government actually do that?
