Canada: Hanuman Statue In Khalistani Den Brampton Sparks Hinduphobia; Temple Boosts Security

Canada to soon have a giant statue of Lord Hanuman, and the huge idol is coming up in Khalistani den Brampton which has witnessed several anti-India and anti-Hindu activities. The Hanuman statue also sparked Hinduphobic comments on social media. Many complained about the “in your face” size of the statue while some others called for an urgent halt on all immigration into Canada. The Hanuman statue, which is almost complete, will be unveiled on Hanuman Jayanti in April next year.
