Covid vaccine: PM Modi's 'foreign element' warning to CMs ahead of Jan 16 launch

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a virtual meeting with Chief Ministers over the launch of vaccination against Covid-19, which the former called 'the world's largest immunisation programme'. The PM said that the Central government would bear the cost of the first stage of immunisation covering healthcare and frontline workers. He also asked CMs to ensure that fake rumours regarding vaccines are stemmed as many local and foreign elements may want to put hurdles in the vaccination programme. Watch the full video for more.
