Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has attacked PM Modi over his call to observe ‘Tika Utsav’ from 11 to 14 April, 2021. Rahul Gandhi said that shortage of vaccine is a very grave issue and questioned whether it is right to export vaccines while endangering lives of Indian citizens. Rahul also said that the Centre should help all states without any bias. This comes after several states including Maharashtra had complained of vaccine shortage.
