Five-time and two-time defending champions Mumbai Indians snapped their three-match losing streak with a six-wicket win against Punjab Kings in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. The bowlers, led by two-wickets hauls each from Jasprit Bumrah and Kieron Pollard, restricted KL Rahul-led PBKS to 135/6 in 20 overs. In response, Rohit Sharma and Co. stuttered by Saurabh Tiwary (45) and Hardik Pandya (40* off 30) helped MI secure a much-need win. While MI jumpted to 5th in the points table, PBKS slipped a placed to 6th.
