Film festival to foster Indo-Bangla ties

India and Bangladesh look to foster cultural diplomacy by holding a special three-day film festival titled 'Bangladesh War of Liberation in Celluloid', in Agartala. The festival will be organized jointly by the Bangladesh government and the Indian government's Directorate of Film Festival (DFF). Addressing a news conference, Bangladesh's deputy High Commissioner to India, Mahbub Hassan Saleh, announced about the festival.
