HTLS 2018: Deepika, Ranveer on Bollywood’s #MeToo movement

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh condemned sexual harassment in the industry during a session at the ongoing 16th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit in New Delhi. “I see it as beyond gender,” Ranveer said, emphasizing that “harassment, whether it is in the workplace or on the street, is wrong.” Ranveer added, “Right now something has happened, and if it has happened, it takes a lot of courage to speak about it. Therefore we must listen to the person.”
