Full event: Trump awards medals of sacrifice posthumously to officers killed in Palm beach| USA

Donald Trump honoured three "heroic law officers" with the first-ever Medals fo Sacrifice during a special White House ceremony on May 19. Trump interacted with the slain officers' families who were present to accept the Medals. Corporal Luiz Paez Jr., Deputy Ralph "Butch" Waller Jr. and Deputy Ignacio "Dan" Diaz were struck and killed by a vehicle in November 2024 while on motorcycle patrol. Henceforth, the Medal of Sacrifice will be awarded to a law enforcement officer or first responder making the "ultimate sacrifice". Watch the full event here.
