Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla apprised the house on the massive security breach that saw two intruders in the Parliament and throwing coloured smoke from a gas canister. Birla told the house that the smoke was not dangerous and that he called an all-party meeting to discuss the security breach. The security scare came on the anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack.
