Watch: People move to night shelters in Delhi as temperature drops

As mercury dipped in the national capital, people took refuge in the night shelters in Delhi. The night shelters are supported by the government and provide free blankets, sleeping space for the people. IMD had meanwhile predicted that the mercury will oscillate between 8 degrees Celsius and 14 degree Celsius.
